BULK 400* is an oil based anabolic steroid compound for intramuscular injection with significant anabolic and androgenic effects. BULK 400® is suitable for the treatment of hypogonadism and other disorders related to androgen deficiency. BULK400® has both anabolic and androgenic effects. Testosterone supplementation has been demonstrated to increase strength and growth of new muscle tissue, frequently with increases in libido.

Drostanolone is a Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) derivative, meaning it is a modified form of DHT itself. Drostanolone Enanthate is an androgenic / anabolic steroids (MS) that was originally developed as an anti-estrogen for treating breast cancer.

Boldenone Undecylenate has been used as an extremely powerful long acting anabolic agent which has a rapid onset of action. This is advantageous and is preferred over frequent oral dosing or even repeated injections in veterinary practice..Androgens are responsible for the growth spurt of adolescence and for the eventual termination of linear growth which is brought about by fusion of the epiphyseal growth centers. Use over long periods may result in fusion of the epiphyseal growth centers and termination of the growth process. Androgens have been reported to stimulate the production of red blood cells by enhancing the production of erythropoietic stimulating factor. These facts all made BULK400® very potential and long acting bulking compound of 4 unique esters with high level activity.


Testosterone and dihydrotestosterone are responsible for normal growth and development of the male sex organs and for maintenance of secondary sex characteristics. These effects include the growth and maturation of the prostate, seminal vesicles, penis, and scrotum; the development of male hair distribution, such as facial, pubic, chest, and axillary hair; laryngeal enlargement; vocal cord thickening; alterations in body musculature; and fat distribution and have been reported to stimulate the production of red blood cells by enhancing the production of erythropoieticstimulating factor.

During exogenous administration of androgens, endogenous testosterone release may be inhibited through feedback inhibition of pituitary luteinizing hormone (LH). At large doses of exogenous androgens, spermatogenesis may also be suppressed through feedback inhibition of pituitary follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).Esterification of testosterone at position 17 increases the lipid solubility of the testosterone molecule and prolongs the activity of the molecule by increasing its residence time. Following intramuscular administration in an oily vehicle, testosterone ester is slowly absorbed into the circulation and rapidly hydrolysed in plasma to testosterone.

Trenbolone Enanthate has been demonstrated to promote muscle growth, appetite, aggression, and the production of red blood cells through the production of erythropoietic stimulating factor. Trenbolone is suspected of selective binding of the progesterone receptor potentially acting as both an agonist and an antagonist. It has been suggested that Trenbolone is capable of binding to the prolactin receptor. Thus serum progesterone and serum prolactin levels should be monitored during treatment and if elevated anti-progesterone and anti-prolactin agents should be considered.

In clinical trials, at the recommended dosage, Boldenone had a marked anabolic effect in debilitated horses; appetite improved, vigor increased and improvement was noted in hair coat, musculature and strength.This would be expected with an anabolic agent such as Boldenone, particularly where there had been marked tissue breakdown associated with disease, prolonged anorexia or overwork.


Males: BULK 400® is indicated for replacement therapy in conditions associated with a deficiency or absence of endogenous testosterone:

Primary hypogonadism (congenital or acquired)~testicular failure due to cryptorchidism, bilateral torsion,orchitis, vanishing testis syndrome, or orchidectomy. Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (congenital or acquired)—idiopathic gonadotropin or LHRHdeficiency.or pituitary-hypothalamic injury from tumors, trauma.or radiation.

If the above conditions occur prior to puberty, androgen replacement therapy will be needed during the adolescent years for development of secondary sexual characteristics. Prolonged androgen treatment will required to maintain sexual characteristics in these and other males who develop testosterone deficiency after puberty.

BULK 400® may be used to stimulate puberty in carefully selected males with clearly delayed puberty that is not secondary to a pathologic disorder, puberty is expected to occur spontaneously at a relatively late date. Brief treatment with conservative doses may occasionally be justified in these patients if they do not respond to psychologic support.The potential adverse effect on bone maturation should be discussed with the patient and parents prior to androgen administration. An x-ray of the hand and wrist to determine bone age should be obtained every 6 months to assess the effect of treatment on the epiphyseal centers (SeeWARNINGS).

This treatment has also been used in premenopausal women with breast cancer who have benefited from oophorectomy and arc considered to have a hormone-responsive tumor. Judgement concerning androgen therapy should be made by an oncologist with expertise in this field.
